Privacy policy
Trustini processes order data (name, phone, delivery outcome) for the exclusive purpose of fraud prevention for merchants. The data is kept for 24 months, displayed masked and aggregated, and anyone can dispute or request the deletion of their data via the dispute page. In accordance with organic law no. 2004-63, a declaration is filed with the INPDP.
What we collect
For merchants: name, email, phone and CIN at sign-up. For reported clients: phone number, name and the outcome of each order (delivered, returned, refused…). No banking data is collected.
Numbers never exposed
Phone numbers are stored as a cryptographic fingerprint (HMAC) and always displayed masked (+216 5• ••• 456). Browsing the database is impossible: searching requires the full number.
What other merchants see
A merchant who searches a number sees the name, the masked number, the trust score and the history of order statuses. They never see your full contact details.
Use of data
The data is used exclusively to compute the trust score and prevent COD fraud. It is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Order data is kept for 24 months and then excluded from the score computation. Inactive accounts can be deleted on simple request.
Your rights
In accordance with organic law no. 2004-63 and the INPDP, anyone can access their data, have it corrected or dispute it via our dedicated form. We respond within 7 working days.
Security
Encrypted traffic (HTTPS), restricted access, logging of sensitive actions. In the event of an incident affecting your data, you will be informed in accordance with the regulations.
