Terms of use
By creating an account, the merchant certifies that every record comes from a real order, that the data is accurate, and that their own terms of sale inform their clients that delivery outcomes are shared for fraud-prevention purposes. Any abuse (false data, malicious reports) leads to credit clawback and account suspension.
1.Purpose of the service
Trustini provides Tunisian merchants with a shared reliability history of cash-on-delivery clients. The service is a decision-support tool, not a blacklist.
2.Registration and account
Accounts are reserved for merchants and delivery companies. The information provided (identity, shop) must be accurate; each account is validated by our team before full activation.
3.Contribution rules
Every record must come from a real order. The merchant certifies the accuracy of the data and informs their clients, in their terms of sale, that delivery outcomes are shared for fraud-prevention purposes.
4.Acceptable use
The following are prohibited: mass extraction of the database, searches without a genuine order intent, account sharing and any use of the data outside COD fraud prevention.
5.Score and badges
The score is a community statistical indicator. A negative badge requires incidents reported by several different merchants; it does not constitute an irrevocable automated decision.
6.Free access and credits
During the launch phase, searches are free and unlimited. Any pricing change will be announced in advance on the platform.
7.Payment terms
Premium subscriptions are payable online, in Tunisian dinars (TND), all taxes included — by bank card via approved payment providers (Konnect, Flouci) or with Trustini credits. No additional fees are added to the displayed price. The Premium account is activated after server-side confirmation of the payment.
8.Delivery and access to the service
Trustini is a 100% digital service: no physical goods are shipped and no delivery is required. Premium access opens immediately after payment confirmation, with no fees or delay.
9.Cancellation and refund
You can request the cancellation of a subscription within 7 days of payment if it has not been used (no searches performed), by writing to contact@trustini.app: the refund is then in full. After this period or after use, any started period remains due; the subscription simply expires at its term, with no automatic renewal.
10.Returns and exchanges
As this is a digital service, return or exchange conditions for physical products do not apply. Any payment-related claim is handled under the cancellation and refund policy above.
11.Sanctions
False data, malicious reports or misuse of the service lead to credit clawback, removal of contributions and account suspension.
12.Liability
Trustini relays data declared by merchants; the decision to ship remains the merchant's. We do not guarantee the completeness of the history.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Tunis, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
